Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride


Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride Powder is a popular antibiotic due to its ability to treat both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It is commonly used to kill marine ulcer disease, mouth fungus, cold water disease and bacterial hemorrhagic septicimea making it a good all around antibiotic.

Treats: Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, such as marine ulcer disease, cold water disease, bacterial hemmorrhagic septicemia and mouth fungus.

Treatment: Dose 1/4 teaspoon per 20 gallons daily with a 25% water change.  Treat for 10-14 days. 

If pH is 8.0 or above, it is suggested to use this medication in the feed as the high pH environment can make this medication ineffective.
